Launch Point Agency was built to fix what most agencies get wrong. Founded by Dannia Roman with co-founders Jessica and Bianca Ciorobara, we combine strategy, creative, and automation to help brands scale with clarity, consistency, and real results. The Founding Story

With years of leading campaigns across entertainment, beauty, tech, fashion, e-commerce, blockchain, real estate, and U.S. government projects, founder Dannia Roman saw a clear gap between vision and execution. Most agencies sell strategy decks and disappear. So she built an agency to bridge that gap, and brought together the two forces needed to complete the mission.

Meet the Founders

Dannia Roman is the founder and growth strategist who sets the playbook. Jessica Ciorobara is the connector, the operator who turns strategy into client relationships and signed retainers. Bianca Ciorobara is the creative brain behind the visual identity, brand voice, and content systems. Together they run a tight, senior team focused on execution, not handoffs.
